My daughter is loving her time at Lockleys Child Care & Early Learning Centre. Both the pre-kindy and the kindergarten program have been wonderful and my daughter has thrived in both. The grounds of the kindy are just beautiful and the learning environment which is rich with opportunities for children to grow and blossom at their own pace My daughter loves the fact that she can choose to be inside or outside during of the day and is especially fond of the sand pit and the mud kitchen. My daughter loves all her teachers and as a parent I couldn’t be happier with our overall experience of the kindy and the professionalism the staff. Lockleys Child Care & Early Learning Centre is the perfect kindy program as it provides children with the opportunity to build a set of essential social and emotional skills so that they feel well prepared and ready to transition into prep. My son and I have been with the Lockleys Childcare Centre since January 2016. After looking at several centres I knew from the moment I walked in to their centre that it was the right one for us. As a new mum and a rather protective one – I wanted to ensure my son would be cared for in the right way, in the right surroundings with loving and caring staff. The staff have been so supportive of me and been wonderful to Ryan. He is well cared for and looked after by the staff, as all mums want. He loves his group of friends, educators and the learning environment that the staff provide blossoming week after week. Ryan has become even more confident within himself and just loves arriving to childcare. It’s a wonderful thing seeing your little one running off to play and to be excited about the time they spend at Childcare and happily waving you off – all thanks to the lovely staff and community at the Lockleys Child Care Centre. I am ever so grateful for the care they provide to my son.

We have been very impressed with the care given to our girls while at the centre. The staff love what they do and are committed to providing the best for each child. Our girls have been exposed to a variety of activities and experiences that have helped them develop emotionally, mentally and physically. They love their time at the centre and we will be sad to leave when the time comes for them to go to school. However, we will leave with the confidence that they are prepared for that next big step.

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our choice of childcare centre. We appreciate the friendly, caring and dedicated staff. We have two children, one started in the pre-kindy room and is now in school. The second one started in the babies’ room and is now transitioning to pre-kindy. The staff were incredibly supportive when we went through the initial separation anxiety. For me was a heartbreaking moment, but from the first days I felt the warm support. The educators provide parents constant feedback, pictures or reports which is very useful for our peace of mind. We both are working full time and using childcare 5 days a week, which means that it was essential to find a centre that provides great quality care. It has been a blessing that we found it. There is such a positive environment every day, I really enjoy my time at drop off and pickups talking with the educators. Sometimes, I have stayed in the Centre for long periods, while my son is still sleeping, even for more than 1 hour, and is always a pleasant experience. The food provided for the children is fantastic and smells wonderful when you walk in during the morning to drop your child off. In fact my oldest son still misses Belinda’s food 😉 while the youngest very often eats 2 or 3 serves. On the other hand, because we speak Spanish at home it was so lovely that their educators went the extra mile and learned the basic words like hola (hello), agua (water), leche (milk), gracias (thank you) to communicate with them, making their transition smoothly. We appreciate their support and effort. We were very lucky that our son primary carer, the lovely Tati, also speaks Spanish which is fantastic. I like, when they have special activities like the visit of the Amazing Drummy Monkeys, or the Fire truck or Zumba classes. All the staff at Lockleys Child Care & Early Learning Centre have made their time memorable and enjoyable. It has been a very positive influence on their early school days. We can’t thank you enough.

Our two boys have attended Lockleys Child Care Centre, in both occasions we have had great experience. The centre is full of experienced, friendly and open mind staff ready to support our family with the caring and learning needs of our little ones. Our 7-year-old still loves to stop by from time to time to say hello and play.
